崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)其功能領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主要目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃的制定及執(zhí)行；
2、根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略，分析市場(chǎng)環(huán)境，整合公司及外部資源，負(fù)責(zé)大客戶權(quán)益體系搭建完善及市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓；
3、協(xié)助上級(jí)完成對(duì)重點(diǎn)客戶進(jìn)行規(guī)劃，實(shí)現(xiàn)購(gòu)物中心重點(diǎn)客戶銷量及利潤(rùn)目標(biāo)；
4、策劃組織推廣及會(huì)員營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)方案，不斷探索和實(shí)踐有效的消費(fèi)者溝通模式，促進(jìn)業(yè)績(jī)持續(xù)提升；
5、維護(hù)購(gòu)物中心VIP客戶關(guān)系，定期進(jìn)行客戶拜訪，通過(guò)會(huì)員數(shù)據(jù)分析，實(shí)現(xiàn)二次開(kāi)發(fā)；
6、根據(jù)客戶需求，提供精準(zhǔn)及個(gè)性化服務(wù)，建立客戶全生命周期管理；
任職要求：
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、了解商業(yè)購(gòu)物中心運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制，具備3年以上渠道銷售或會(huì)員管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有豐富客戶資源者優(yōu)先；
3、具備獨(dú)立分析及解決問(wèn)題的能力，市場(chǎng)感覺(jué)敏銳，有良好的溝通技巧及組織能力；
4、具備優(yōu)秀的自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能夠采取積極行動(dòng)以達(dá)成全年關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)，具備較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力。
