職位描述:
職責(zé)描述:
1. comprehensively plan human resources development and strategic management, draw up plans for human resource planning, and supervise the implementation of various plans;
2. establish and improve the human resources management system, research and design the human resources management model (including the overall construction of recruitment, performance, training, remuneration and employee development systems), and formulate and improve the human resources management system;
3. responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources such as recruitment, training, remuneration, assessment, and employee relations;
4. get familiar with the relevant national laws, regulations and labor laws; human resources management concepts.
5. according to the development status of the industry and the company, formulate employee performance appraisal system, implementation and improvement work, and promote performance management.
1、全面統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)及戰(zhàn)略管理,擬定人力資源規(guī)劃方案,並監(jiān)督各項(xiàng)計(jì)畫(huà)的實(shí)施;
2、建立並完善人力資源管理體系,研究、設(shè)計(jì)人力資源管理模式(包含招聘、績(jī)效、培訓(xùn)、薪酬及員工發(fā)展等體系的全面建設(shè)),制定和完善人力資源管理制度;
3、負(fù)責(zé)招聘、培訓(xùn)、薪酬、考核、員工關(guān)係等人力資源日常管理事宜;
4、熟悉國(guó)家相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)及勞動(dòng)法規(guī)定;有較好的人力資源管理理念與協(xié)調(diào)能力;
5、根據(jù)行業(yè)和公司發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,制定員工績(jī)效考核制度、實(shí)施及改進(jìn)工作,推進(jìn)績(jī)效管理。
任職要求:
1. bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related major;
2. more than 3 years of related work experience, more than 2 years of work experience of the human resources manager;
3. must have practical ability in personnel recruitment, introduction, staff assessment, incentives, etc.;
4. has excellent written, verbal skills, strong affinity and service awareness, communication and comprehension ability;
5. respects the company culture, has a strong sense of team work.
6. workplace: shenzhen.
7. english level 4 above, need to write english writing case, have a certain chinese and english writing foundation.
1、人力資源、管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷;
2、3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),2年以上人力資源部經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、在人員招募、引進(jìn)、員工考核、激勵(lì)等方面有實(shí)際操作能力;
4、具有優(yōu)秀的書(shū)面、口頭表達(dá)能力、極強(qiáng)的親和力與服務(wù)意識(shí),溝通領(lǐng)悟能力強(qiáng);
5、尊重公司企業(yè)文化,有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí);
6、工作地點(diǎn):深圳;
7、英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上,需書(shū)寫(xiě)英文文案,具備一定的中英文文字功底。
