崗位職責(zé)：
1. 根據(jù)任務(wù)進(jìn)行指定行業(yè)、市場(chǎng)及業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)研相關(guān)工作，并完成相關(guān)方案撰寫及制作。
2. 進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目溝通及需求跟進(jìn)，對(duì)接項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度安排。
3. 進(jìn)行月度或季度行業(yè)案例梳理及市場(chǎng)研究，并形成案例報(bào)告。
4. 研究使用AI輔助工作，助力團(tuán)隊(duì)提升工作效率。
Main Responsibilities：
1. Conducted the research related to the designated industry, market and business sectors according to the task, and completed the writing and development of the proposals.
2. Carried out project communication and demand, follow-up with the project schedules.
3. Conduct monthly or quarterly industry case review and market research, and form case reports.
4. Study the use of AI to assist work and help the team improve work efficiency.
任職要求：
1. 具有開(kāi)放思維及好奇心，對(duì)新鮮事物有高度敏感度，具有跨學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)能力，并愿意保持持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。
2. 至少1年及以上咨詢、市場(chǎng)調(diào)研或廣告營(yíng)銷策劃類工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，知名咨詢公司、市場(chǎng)研究機(jī)構(gòu)或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷機(jī)構(gòu)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
3. 本科以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)于市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、廣告、新聞、商品企劃等專業(yè)優(yōu)先，碩士或有留學(xué)背景擇優(yōu)考慮。
4. 熟練使用office軟件，需非常擅長(zhǎng)制作keynote及ppt。
5. 可以進(jìn)行英文閱讀及書寫，具有雙語(yǔ)工作能力優(yōu)先。
6. 具有良好的審美能力和表達(dá)能力者優(yōu)先。
Job Requirements：
1. Have an open mind and curiosity, have a high sensitivity to new things, are good at interdisciplinary learning and willing to keep learning.
2. At least 1 years working experience in consulting, market research or planning. Experience in well-known consulting companies, market research institutions or marketing agencies is preferred.
3. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising, journalism, product planning and other majors is preferred, master's or overseas study background is preferred.
4. Proficient in office software, be good at making keynote and ppt.
5. Can read and write in English, bilingual working ability is preferred.
6. Good aesthetic ability and expression skills are preferred.
