職位:綜合能源需求分析師 崗位職責(zé): 1、負(fù)責(zé)綜合能源系列項(xiàng)目的需求分析、項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)、跟蹤、分析、挖掘客戶需求; 2、根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求及負(fù)責(zé)的產(chǎn)品功能點(diǎn),獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)品原型設(shè)計(jì),撰寫相關(guān)文檔; 3、結(jié)合用戶需求提出產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化及創(chuàng)新需求; 4、配合市場(chǎng)人員,產(chǎn)品相關(guān)人員完成需求提煉,拓展和推廣綜合能源市場(chǎng),推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目落地; 5、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品的生命周期管理,與市場(chǎng)、UI、開發(fā)、測(cè)試人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)思想、具體功能、實(shí)現(xiàn)方法的緊密合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品目標(biāo); 6、監(jiān)測(cè)、整理與分析用戶需求、競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài)與行業(yè)情況。 7、支撐售前、培訓(xùn)材料等文案資料編寫,為相關(guān)部門提供綜合能源領(lǐng)域相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。 任職要求: 1、本科及以上學(xué)歷、計(jì)算機(jī)或電力相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2、熟悉綜合能源服務(wù)行業(yè),對(duì)綜合能源產(chǎn)品功能及行業(yè)發(fā)展有一定的認(rèn)知優(yōu)先; 3、3年及以上電力行業(yè)背景或具有兩個(gè)以上大型項(xiàng)目(ERP、CRM、OA系統(tǒng)等)產(chǎn)品工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 4、掌握用戶調(diào)研、需求剖析、產(chǎn)品定位分析、產(chǎn)品原型及PRD撰寫、資源協(xié)調(diào),產(chǎn)品測(cè)試、BUG響應(yīng)、用戶反饋收集等具體的工作方法; 5、熟練掌握流程制作軟件(如Visio等),掌握原型制作軟件(如Axure,Mockplus等),掌握思維導(dǎo)圖軟件(如XMind,MindManager等); 6、能適應(yīng)中短期出差,有長(zhǎng)期閱讀習(xí)慣。 7、有一定的創(chuàng)意和邏輯思維能力,有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。

JOB PURPOSE:
As a Digital Business Process Analyst, this position will have the opportunity to work closely with the Agile delivery team and stakeholders to execute digital initiatives enabling business imperatives. This role will have primary responsibility for creating, analyzing and validating business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases. The incumbent will be responsible for creating user stories, defining dependencies, impacts and acceptance criteria, and obtaining requirements sign-off from requesting business partners.
JOB DUTIES (Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to):
Coordinate enterprise growth through representing and/or deploying a specific platform or group of capabilities of Caterpillar’s world class eBusiness solutions with our enterprise, industry and/or Dealer partners. Support appropriate partners in deploying digital capabilities, focusing on delivering customer and business value as defined in a variety of ways, typically in the form of online leads, attributable sales, parts sales and support activities – the full customer lifecycle. Proactively seek to understand the marketing and business objectives of appropriate partners and help coordinate with capability experts on how, when and where capabilities can be best utilized to drive value.
Creates, analyzes and validates business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases. The incumbent will be responsible for creating user stories, defining dependencies, impacts and acceptance criteria, and obtaining requirements signoff from requesting business partners.
Supports appropriate team members in driving and/or deploying digital execution within the framework of enterprise tools, processes and strategies. Helps manage and organize appropriate information, dashboards, metrics and other reports for team members to use with their partners. Supports digital projects that identify linkages and synergies across business units, industries and/or Dealers.
Supports proper collaboration, coordination, training, communication and alignment among related areas, projects and strategies within the team and with internal and/or Dealer partners. Reinforces digital awareness through communication and identity programs in global regions and multiple business units, industry groups and/or Dealers. This role will help coordinate materials and efforts necessary to convey and execute digital strategy. Supports future-focused assessment of global and industry impact related to digital programs and deployments, and helps other consultants coordinate efforts.
Assists in coordinating efforts and/or gathers information to solve issues and problems requiring careful analysis and diagnosis. Proactively seeks to develop personal digital acumen.
Tracks and monitors progress, typically via metrics reporting. Other job duties assigned, as needed.
Moderate travel required (5%-15% of working time).
Employee is also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.
Basic Qualifications
Four-year Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering or related field
3 years of proven Business Analyst experience to manage technical requirements
3 years of experience with the Agile methodology

Works with little direction and supervision, makes time for unplanned assignments, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Knowledge of SDLC and demonstrated experience employing SDLC in aspects of the project management process
Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects of different sizes.
