職位描述：

崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)容及素材平臺的日常運(yùn)營，包括內(nèi)容素材、活動策劃及創(chuàng)意文案撰寫、圖文設(shè)計(jì)、短視頻制作等，完成漲粉目標(biāo)，增加用戶黏性，提升平臺影響力；
2、收集、分析目標(biāo)用戶的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣及需求，關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)，快速對熱點(diǎn)信息進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化，生成不同形式的內(nèi)容素材，從而提升銷售轉(zhuǎn)化及口碑傳播。

任職要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，廣告學(xué)、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、1年以上內(nèi)容運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有小程序、快消行業(yè)新媒體運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3、具有優(yōu)秀的策劃功底，對用戶需求敏感，熟悉新媒體語言；
4、應(yīng)聘請準(zhǔn)備個人作品集。

We invite high caliber to apply for this position. This position will work for our Infinitus Hong Kong and will assist the Regional Head to implement different digital marketing projects and campaigns with the aim to grow business.

Job description:
* Boost business growth on sales revenue increment by delivering independent daily operation for official company website and account to increase brand awareness for broader, deeper user group penetration
* Manage company official social media account and community group (for instance Youtube, Facebook and etc) on content creation and management for user data collection and analysis, which can be implemented on next online sales volume increment
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing campaign/ project
* Monitor keywords and search engine result, social media ad project to explore new possibilities boosting both online and offline business growth
* Work closely with Marketing team to support and coordinate the marketing materials
* Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
