職位描述：

崗位要求：

崗位職責(zé)；

1、根據(jù)新項(xiàng)目資料獨(dú)立分析及設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的D/PFMEA、CP、SPC、WI等需求；

2、對(duì)于各工序的工藝參數(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范進(jìn)行評(píng)估制定，應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)品PPAP過(guò)程審核；

3、對(duì)各工序的Layout設(shè)計(jì)，工裝、治具設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備及產(chǎn)能評(píng)估，協(xié)助商務(wù)做好報(bào)價(jià)評(píng)估；

4、負(fù)責(zé)汽車(chē)電子行業(yè)PCBA及全流程特殊工藝、新工藝、新技術(shù)的可行性驗(yàn)證，制定生產(chǎn)方案；

5、負(fù)責(zé)PCBA及全流程整體測(cè)試方案的設(shè)計(jì)及維護(hù)；

6、主導(dǎo)所在項(xiàng)目工程、工藝、性能不良的深入分析，制定改善方案；

7、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他臨時(shí)性任務(wù)。

function control engineer-汽車(chē)電子 Major work content including below aspects: ? Analyze/negotiate input customer/system function requirement with related stakeholder ? Develop function control software component based on Simulink/Targetlink and perform the static and dynamic test for software units following ASPIC compatible ZF internal process ? Define the technical solution of control feature development and support project team to analyze and solve the function control related issue/problem ? Identify the EPS mechanical plant model based on ZF in house MATLAB tool and based on it to perform the EPS tune stability analysis ? Handle with assigned advanced performance feature (angle overlay controller, angle center learning algorithm, …) calibration work Qualifications: ? Good knowledge of Simulink model-based design, auto code generation and software component MIL/SIL/static testing. Prefer with Targetlink auto coding experience. ? Excitement for intercultural cooperation, solid knowledge of English, both spoken and written ? 2 years or more in automotive industry with model-based design software or algorithm development experience. Working experience in the field of automotive chassis is a plus ? Good knowledge of dynamic modelling and control theory ?
