崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)蛋白質(zhì)工程、微生物代謝工程、合成生物學(xué)等項(xiàng)目研發(fā);
2、進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)劃的制定、技術(shù)指標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)、項(xiàng)目文檔的撰寫(xiě)等;
3、配合實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常管理工作,包括實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器的日常保養(yǎng)和維護(hù)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室菌株資源維護(hù),建立并管理相應(yīng)文檔等;
4、編制并維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室各類技術(shù)操作規(guī)程,協(xié)助教師對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行定期技術(shù)培訓(xùn);
5、完成團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人安排的其它工作。
崗位要求:
1、生物化學(xué)、生物工程、分子生物學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士畢業(yè),或在相關(guān)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)后,熟悉枯草芽孢桿菌表達(dá)系統(tǒng),具有1年以上研究經(jīng)歷;
2、具有事業(yè)心,善于開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取,善于溝通,能吃苦耐勞,具有獨(dú)立開(kāi)展課題的能力,具有強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。
三、待遇

一、實(shí)驗(yàn)室簡(jiǎn)介:
分子酶學(xué)與合成生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室依托于上海交通大學(xué)微生物代謝國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,負(fù)責(zé)人是馮雁教授(973項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家、生命學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任),課題組其它成員包括楊廣宇研究員、崔莉副研究員、張勇副研究員、劉倩副研究員。
實(shí)驗(yàn)室致力于解析微生物關(guān)鍵代謝酶的結(jié)構(gòu)、催化機(jī)制與進(jìn)化規(guī)律,發(fā)展蛋白質(zhì)分子進(jìn)化與合成生物學(xué)技術(shù),針對(duì)實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求對(duì)關(guān)鍵酶進(jìn)行分子設(shè)計(jì)與定向進(jìn)化,以期提高酶對(duì)非天然底物的選擇性、催化效率及其對(duì)環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性等,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建高效、特異的進(jìn)化酶與人工合成途徑。
實(shí)驗(yàn)室承擔(dān)了國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,國(guó)家973計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、863項(xiàng)目、自然科學(xué)基金委重大儀器專項(xiàng)等研究任務(wù)。在Science Adv., Nature Commun., Angew. Chem., JACS, JBC, ACS Synth. Biol., 等著名雜志發(fā)表多篇論文。
